What you’ll be doing:
Managing operations employees; ensuring customer service standards; identification, evaluation and recommendation of system and operational improvements; regular monitoring of accuracy, completeness and timeliness of processing activities in the operation; employee training; customer service support as required; creation and maintenance of project procedure manuals; determining training needs to improve performance; managing new customer conversion projects, including operational setup, required system changes and working with IT on testing and installation, and other responsibilities as required.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Supervisor experience (task/work coordination; conflict management)
  • Technical aptitude (word, excel, Internet, system procedures)
  • Problem solving (calm under fire)
  • Ability to be self-starter; needing little direction; knowing when to escalate and when to handle issues to solve
  • Drive initiatives that organizationally contribute to long-term operational excellence
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment

Basic Qualification/Scholastic Requirements:

  • 4 year College Degree
  • Focus: Business Administration/Management
  • 3.5/4.0 or better GPA
  • Work Experience and/or Internship a plus
